What is collected
Public forms may collect name, email address, organization, selected service, sanitized message, timestamp, generated reference, and a hashed source address used for abuse control.
What not to submit
Do not submit credentials, protected records, private addressing plans, confidential diagrams, customer artifacts, proprietary vendor files, or regulated data.
Retention
Public lead journals are retained for 90 days by default unless a shorter period is configured. The retention worker removes older records and writes an audit line showing records processed, removed, and kept.
Model use
When the advisory model is configured, sanitized assistant messages may be processed server-side through the configured model provider. API keys are not exposed to browser code.
Private review
Detailed architecture artifacts require an approved private review channel and separate handling agreement.
